Born from the passion of simply sharing comfort food with love ones, taught by her grandmother, Chef Vanessa Riley owner of The Distinguished Palate used her culinary skills to share this dream with others. Upholding the view that food is the impetus to all social gatherings, no matter the size. Chef Riley obtained a BA in Culinary Arts at Johnson’s & Wales University, along with an MBA in Food Service Education. It is this wealth of experience and training that drives the creative elements of The Distinguished Palate’s signature dishes.

Founded in October 2010, The Distinguished Palate Catering has grown from a small team of hospitality enthusiasts into a trusted provider of premium catering services in Nassau, Bahamas.
